Everything was very good. The room was very clean and quiet. Checking in was smooth and took very little time. They were patient with me bc my bank wanted to act dumb with my card. Breakfast was amazing!

Very quick and easy check in process. The desk clerk was very helpful and professional with the checking in process. The rooms were top tier in cleanliness. Room was very nice and up to date. Definitely top notch!

Friendly staff upon check-in/out. Great breakfast with a variety of warm and grab-n-go options. Tea/Coffee stand was accessible 24/7. CLEAN rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Functional kitchenette and great iron/board. Highest floor room (5th) request was granted upon online request.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The rooms were relatively clean despite the hotel losing 2 of their housekeeping staff, and ended up having to wait for them to be cleaned. Also, the walk-in showers requested we’re not available but Paige & the manager did a great job offering to provide a discount on the room rates leaving us quite impressed with their efforts. I’ll definitely stay there again mainly because of the way issues were handled & of course the great breakfast!

The room was very clean and spacious. The free breakfast had many options, and overall the food was better than expected. There was a coffee and hot tea bar in the lobby that was great. The indoor pool looked nice, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Overall, the hotel facilities were all very nice, and I would stay here again!

The rooms, and lobby were very clean, and comfortable. The lobby had lemon or cucumber water available at all times. And a computer/printer set up and working for guests.

The staff were amazing (particularly the front desk - morning and evening). The breakfast attendant was kind and thorough. We loved the lemon/lime infused water. The facility was well taken care of and clean! I loved the extra security (guests had to have a key) upon entry after a certain time. I felt safer! Location was ideal. I will rebook when I visit the area!

The location was convenient, the parking was ample and easy! The community areas (lobby, pool, gym, and breakfast areas) were all very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Elevators were clean and fast. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and well-stocked. Check-in and check-out were very easy with very friendly staff.
