Friendly staff upon check-in/out. Great breakfast with a variety of warm and grab-n-go options. Tea/Coffee stand was accessible 24/7. CLEAN rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Functional kitchenette and great iron/board. Highest floor room (5th) request was granted upon online request.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The rooms were relatively clean despite the hotel losing 2 of their housekeeping staff, and ended up having to wait for them to be cleaned. Also, the walk-in showers requested we’re not available but Paige & the manager did a great job offering to provide a discount on the room rates leaving us quite impressed with their efforts. I’ll definitely stay there again mainly because of the way issues were handled & of course the great breakfast!

The location was convenient, the parking was ample and easy! The community areas (lobby, pool, gym, and breakfast areas) were all very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Elevators were clean and fast. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and well-stocked. Check-in and check-out were very easy with very friendly staff.

The quiche was delicious. The bed was super comfortable. Overall, the room was quiet. I only heard doors shutting from the hallway here & there. I also appreciate the later check out time. Honestly, I was really impressed with your safety/Covid precautions. You are doing more than most and as someone who has family with health vulnerabilities, I appreciate that!

Nice, clean, new hotel. Good breakfast options. Large room. Restaurants on the other side of the parking lot. Built in night light in the bathroom - a rarity. Fair price for a higher end place. We would return if a hotel needed in the Raleigh area.

Our stay was quite and location was perfect. This will be our marked favorite for this area. One of the cleanest hotels we've visited.

Everyone was so kind and positive when we arrived. Check in was a very pleasant experience The room was clean The bed was very comfortable We stayed three nights and house keeping brought us fresh towels each day. The breakfast was awesome and the ladies were so kind and helpful Very happy 😊😊
